  • Billing data: invoices, ledger entries, payment status, payment method type, and transaction references.
  • Contact data you submit: mailing address, emergency/parent contact fields, and chapter profile data.

2. Payment Data

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (including Stripe). We do not store full card numbers or online banking credentials on MyChapterPay servers.

Payment processors may provide us with limited transaction data, payment method details (for example card brand and last four), and status information needed for receipts, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and support.

  • Provide and operate chapter billing, roster, and payment services.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Send transactional communications (login codes, invoices, reminders, receipts, and security notices).
